She Never Came Back

Someone knows what happened... Seventeen years ago Melanie Carter vanished on a lonely road in rural France. No body. No answers. The case went cold. Now her troubled sister Sunny has fled to the same village convinced Melanie is calling her back. Taken in by a friendly local known as Happy Frank Sunny begins digging into the past - and edges closer to a secret someone will do anything to keep hidden. In nearby La Baule glamorous socialite Nanette Montmartre looks to have everything she ever wanted. But an urgent call from England threatens to expose the truth she and her mother buried after that long-ago summer. As young women begin disappearing across France fears of a serial killer surface. And in Saint-Luc the danger is closer than anyone thinks.
